Dr. Sleepypuppy
Submitted by Laika on Tue, 05/26/2009 - 16:53It's December 1985. Jack Nemo has had no sleep for several nights in a row. It has been one weird interruption after another for this elderly homeless fellow. Terribly fatigued, he boards a city bus, simply hoping to catch a few z's out of the rain. But little does he realize that this bus---and existence as he knows it---are about to take a sudden detour into a chaotic realm of unrelenting strangeness, presided over by the chthonic entity known as...

Submitted by Laika on Sun, 11/30/2008 - 16:42THE EXCITING CONCLUSION!!
A beleaguered sexual minority leads a high tech revolt against the evil Bruno's dictatorship. Will Tommy ever find his way back to reality? Or is THIS reality? Is FRFS (False Running Fantasy Syndrome) a legitimate diagnosis or merely a pop-psych fad? Is our dear Rosalie a true revolutionist or a double agent? Wow, is that a jetpack?! And what's John Williams doing with his Willie Johnson hanging out? It's all just...

A Clockwork Fruit
Submitted by Laika on Wed, 11/12/2008 - 03:43In the brave new world of tomorrow everyone is normal. But Timothy Roberts has a terrible secret. Despite being a product of the same genetic engineering and mind control implants as everyone else, and despite the government's insistance that mental aberrations like homosexuality and gender conflict are a thing of the past, he has known since adolescence that he's gay. He lives a life of deeply closeted desperation, haunted by the fear that he might be the last homosexual on Earth...

Submitted by Laika on Sun, 11/09/2008 - 17:36And Lo, the traveller came at last to the sky's edge. He put down his staff + poked his head thru the fabric of space, beholding the mighty clockwork of the cosmos, the great turning gears, the merry go round and the ferris wheel. He smelled the heavenly corndogs and heard the calliope music. And he said, "Hey wait for me you guys!"

Flesh
Submitted by Laika on Wed, 10/08/2008 - 14:42The disappearance of a local high school girl has been on the news for several days now. A compact disk arrives at the police station relating a grotesque and utterly unbelievable tale. Is it the product of a deranged imagination or a factual account of an all-too-real horror lying just outside of our known reality?

Submitted by Laika on Thu, 03/13/2008 - 00:16The exciting conclusion! The Flying Babalooskis ~ Part 2
Submitted by Laika on Wed, 03/12/2008 - 18:56Mr. and Mrs. Babalooskis---children disguised as retired European circus midgets---meet the neighbors and are thrown a housewarming party that gets a bit out of hand. While this was written as a work of Juvenile Fiction, PART II's depiction of irresponsible lowlife behavior, drug use (far from glamorized), and underage drinking (semi-accidental) may not be suitable for some kids. PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED...
