There was a problem with access to inbox. At access attempt there is a message "
Access denied. You are not authorised to access this page. "Suggest what to do, please?

Corrupt session or cookie

Logout and log back in. If that doesn't fix it, you may have to clear your browser cache. It's remotely possible that your ISP is serving you a stale page, this happens with AOL and BellSouth sometimes.
